Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service through voice, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.

- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications
