Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document interactions and solutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Adhere to company policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in chat support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
