Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or e-commerce industry is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
