Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce insurance services.
- Schedule appointments for insurance agents with qualified leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details.
- Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
- Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to effectively engage clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
