Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, non-voice customer support via email, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Respond to complex customer inquiries in both Japanese and English with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications
- JLPT N1 certification (mandatory).
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal).
