Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for telecom customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, account management, and service issues.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, including connectivity problems, device setup, and service activation.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support and billing departments, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Educate customers on telecom products, services, and promotions to enhance their experience and drive retention.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer feedback scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
