Responsibility

  • Assist customers with online order issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to transaction errors and customer inquiries.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or telco environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

  • Willingness to work on-site in one of the specified locations in Bali.
