Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats to assist satellite radio customers with account inquiries, subscriptions, and billing.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to technical issues, including troubleshooting signal problems and device compatibility.
- Process orders, upgrades, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote satellite radio services, features, and promotions.
- Document all customer interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes for follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call quality, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new satellite radio technologies to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales (preferably in telecom or media industries).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support global customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with satellite radio, streaming services, or entertainment technology is advantageous.
