Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
