Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop your skills and contribute to team success.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and focus.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorâs degree is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
