Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop your skills and contribute to team success.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and focus.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
