Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Promote products and services to customers, providing detailed information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle cash and payment transactions securely and accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
