Responsibility
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies for retail clients
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies through regular training
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining customer trust
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided)
- Positive attitude, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or ability to obtain one)
