Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market HR and payroll accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to Workstream's platform.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to address customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and best practices, providing guidance and support to clients as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably in the HR or payroll industry.
- Strong understanding of US payroll processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
