Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering consistent service quality.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
