Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, or chat.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
