Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer support across multiple channels including voice, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Navigate through sophisticated technical systems to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to share best practices and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company policies and security guidelines while handling sensitive customer information.

Qualifications

  • Educational attainment of at least Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is highly preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be highly coachable and eager to participate in ongoing training and development.
