Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop your skills.
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
