Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions and updates in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to deliver informed support.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to team success.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- No prior BPO experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
