Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to premium clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to inquiries.
- Handle high-volume interactions with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices.
- Adhere to performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a neutral or clear accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
