Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of 25 Claims Processing Executives to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline claims processing workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
