Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat regarding financial products, transactions, and account management with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on financial products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
  • Adhere to graveyard shift schedules (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM) and maintain high productivity during overnight hours.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services, BPO, or chat support roles.
  • Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Basic understanding of financial products (e.g., banking, loans, credit cards) or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during graveyard shifts.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or finance are a plus.
