Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to Isuzu clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and after-sales support.
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Stay updated on Isuzu product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or related fields are a plus.
