Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and call centre tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
