Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and call centre tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role with potential for extension.
