Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to Telco products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and billing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to deliver informed support.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus but not required.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by the Telco account.
