Responsibility
- Manage and resolve CVO (Customer Violation Order) tickets efficiently and accurately.
- Process end-to-end toll and violation invoices in compliance with company policies.
- Provide bilingual support (Spanish and English) to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of travel and expense-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in travel and expense management.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, finance, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with travel and expense management systems is a plus.
