Responsibility
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads and inquiries to drive sales conversions.
- Present and demonstrate products/services clearly and persuasively, addressing customer questions and objections.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback in CRM systems for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt sales pitches based on customer feedback.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
