Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for a global streaming platform.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, account access, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription management, and payment processing.
- Respond to inquiries about content availability, recommendations, and platform features.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
