Responsibility
- Handle multi-channel customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide accurate and effective resolutions.
- Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to company policies, guidelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update account profiles within the CRM database.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders and specialized departments to escalate complex issues.
- Participate actively in continuous training sessions to stay updated on product developments and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- At least a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, or associate degree holder.
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or hospitality is highly advantageous but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills (at least 30 WPM).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
