Responsibility
- Handle customer inquiries and booking requests for shipments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Follow up on shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Process billing and invoicing accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, and warehousing) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in resolving disputes or discrepancies related to shipments or billing.
- Provide exceptional service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company services to offer informed solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or shipping.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail, especially in billing and documentation.
