Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to home appliance products professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate appliance solutions to drive sales.
- Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and warranty services.
- Process orders and ensure all customer data is accurately updated in the system.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Meet and exceed daily productivity and sales conversion targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates.
- Prior BPO experience is highly preferred.
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in an onsite environment in Gilmore, Quezon City.
- Must be willing to work on a Day Shift schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM tools.
