Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to home appliance products professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate appliance solutions to drive sales.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and warranty services.
  • Process orders and ensure all customer data is accurately updated in the system.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Meet and exceed daily productivity and sales conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates.
  • Prior BPO experience is highly preferred.
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in Gilmore, Quezon City.
  • Must be willing to work on a Day Shift schedule.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM tools.
