Responsibility

  • Assist customers with account management, including balance inquiries, transaction history, and fund transfers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process and verify customer requests such as loan applications, credit card activations, and account updates.
  • Educate customers on banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and digital banking tools.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with banking software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and focus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance with banking regulations.
