Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Manage financial account-related concerns, including billing, payments, account updates, and transaction disputes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure compliance and continuity of service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and product updates to provide informed and compliant support.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends in customer feedback and suggesting enhancements to service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial, banking, or fintech sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., accounts, transactions, billing) is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
