Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Manage financial account-related concerns, including billing, payments, account updates, and transaction disputes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of financial products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure compliance and continuity of service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on company policies, industry regulations, and product updates to provide informed and compliant support.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends in customer feedback and suggesting enhancements to service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial, banking, or fintech sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
