Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products or services.
- Effectively de-escalate customer concerns and resolve complex issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the internal database.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.
Qualifications
- Open to high school graduates and college undergraduates; no previous BPO experience required!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows/systems simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to provide excellent service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a strong hunger for learning and professional growth.
