Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products or services.
  • Effectively de-escalate customer concerns and resolve complex issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the internal database.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and system tools.

Qualifications

  • Open to high school graduates and college undergraduates; no previous BPO experience required!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows/systems simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong desire to provide excellent service.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a strong hunger for learning and professional growth.
