This is a full-time, remote position with standard business hours that may include some flexibility to accommodate international time zones. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a chance to work with a diverse, global team.
Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while maintaining customer trust
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share best practices
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates through regular training sessions
Qualifications
- Fluent English with minimal accent and excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
- Strong computer literacy with experience using CRM systems and helpdesk software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with international customers
