Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in both English and Mandarin.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel-related questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Upsell and promote additional travel services and packages to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any follow-up concerns.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, company policies, and promotional offers.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or tourism are a plus.
