Responsibility

  • Verify and encode customer data with high accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to data processing and customer service.
  • Conduct outbound calls to confirm customer details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of all encoded data and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data processing workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications
