Responsibility
- Verify and encode customer data with high accuracy to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to data processing and customer service.
- Conduct outbound calls to confirm customer details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all encoded data and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data processing workflows and efficiency.
- Provide timely reports on data accuracy and performance metrics.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in data encoding, outbound calling, or customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
