Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients regarding payment collections with professionalism and tact.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve discrepancies while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Accurately document all interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and performance KPIs to qualify for incentives.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication to clients in both English and Indonesian.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve collection strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and compliance regulations related to debt collection.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts or complex issues to management for resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or collections (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (verbal and written) with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; quick learner for new systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ethical, empathetic, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali under a contract-based employment agreement.
