In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for banking and financial clients, providing exceptional inbound and outbound support. Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for banking and financial clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to account balances, transactions, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on banking products, policies, and procedures to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system with attention to detail.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring seamless follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in BFSI, call centers, or financial institutions.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and call center tools.
  • Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
