Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution where possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards in all communications.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
- Provide proactive support by identifying and addressing potential customer issues.
Qualifications
