Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
