Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer financial inquiries.
- Resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, and payment-related concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify customer identities and account details to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of financial products, services, and policies to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, compliance) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company financial products, promotions, and regulatory changes.
- Achieve performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or call center operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address financial inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, banking software, or financial tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
