Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), this full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₱22,000 – ₱25,000 per month (or equivalent in IDR), along with opportunities for professional growth in the financial services sector.

Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to address customer financial inquiries.

  • Provide clear, concise explanations of financial products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company financial products, promotions, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieve performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or call center operations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address financial inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, banking software, or financial tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
