Responsibility
- Provide high-quality customer support via voice, chat, and email in a financial services context.
- Respond to and resolve account inquiries, transaction disputes, and service requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and report recurring customer pain points to improve processes and service quality.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services, BPO, or call center environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in multitasking across voice, chat, and email simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and financial service platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
