Responsibility

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate product information, order status updates, and troubleshooting for shoe and apparel-related concerns.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and timelines.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems for quality and compliance.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service standards and workflows.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company guidelines to deliver accurate support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call centers, or retail (fashion/apparel industry is an advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or order management systems is a plus.
  • Residents of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.
