Responsibility
- Provide bilingual customer support (English & Indonesian) via phone, email, and chat with a high level of professionalism.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Deliver personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements to management.
- Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) and meet performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong language skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and composure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work full-time with flexibility for shift schedules (if applicable).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for candidates in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
