Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate support.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
