Responsibility

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate support.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer interactions.
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
