Responsibility
- Provide accurate and timely information about Bank JTrust Indonesia’s products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with account openings, transactions, and general banking needs.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and contribute to sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the bank’s systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
