Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues beyond first-level support.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver informed and relevant support.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on recurring customer pain points.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas) with a stable internet connection for hybrid setups.
- Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and teamwork in previous roles.
