Responsibility

  • Professionally handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, updating information as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate proactively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including quality metrics and resolution times.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and promotions, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by business operations.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
