Responsibility
- Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and live chat for Disney+ subscribers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, account access, and payment processing.
- Assist customers with account management, including subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle and resolve billing inquiries and payment discrepancies professionally.
- Educate users on Disney+ features, content libraries, and device compatibility.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems with accuracy and detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all communications, aligning with Disneyâs brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environments.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for Disney content and a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is advantageous but not required.
