Responsibility
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution on every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex customer issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Uphold company values and service standards in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and empathetic attitude.
